License Renewal: Appropriate applications relating to credit hours for license renewal in selected states have been executed for these programs. For information regarding these applications, please contact the NYCC Postgraduate Department at: 800-434-3955. The presence of a speaker or an exhibitor at a NYCC sponsored program does not represent an endorsement by NYCC, nor is the presence of a product at a NYCC sponsored program to be construed as a product endorsement or a testimonial by NYCC as to the quality of the product. |

Refund/return policy: There are no refunds of seminar registration fees. If a registrant is unable to attend the class he/she is registered for and notification has been given prior to the start of that seminar, the registration fees will transfer to any other DC Strategies sponsored seminar or product of the attendees choosing. If no notification is given prior to the start of the seminar, the attendee forfeits his/her registration fee. There are no returns of products purchased only replacements of the same item if it is deemed defective with in 10 days of item purchased. |
